It all started in the Windy City — Chicago, where Frank, Steve Cooper's father-in-law, ran his own family restaurant for decades. All Grandpa Frank wanted was to bring people together over great food. His warmth and dedication became the backbone of his business, a place where friends and family shared meals and created memories. Inspired by his father-in-law's passion, Steve followed in his footsteps out here in California. He learned the ropes of the business from the best. After years of dedicated tutelage, he charted his own path with his own restaurant that grew and eventually flourished into Canyon Catering.
Many of the employees you'll work with have also been here a decade or more. We build relationships with our family of workers here at Canyon Catering. It really is a family company.
